RollerGlide runs on McGill CYR 3 S cam followers — 15,050 lb static rating each, 30,100 lb per set, built for shock loads. Because the bearings operate at extremely low rotational speeds in this application, wear is minimal even under heavy agricultural use.
This is not a light-duty replacement part — it’s an industrial-grade precision guidance system built for large-frame agricultural equipment.
Load ratings reflect McGill published bearing capacities. Actual field loads in application are a fraction of rated capacity, providing a large engineered safety margin.

The RollerGlide 3-Point System covers John Deere 8R, 8RT, 8RX, and 7R Series tractors. Two variants split by hitch generation: M1 fits the 8RT track lineage (all generations), the original 8R Series (8225R–8360R), and the 8030 Series. M2 fits current-gen 8R wheeled (8R 230–8R 410), the 8RX Four-Track Series, and the 7R Series (7210R–7310R). See the Fitment by Model section above for the full list. If your tractor uses OEM sway block part numbers R210605, R207665, R309701, or R274328, RollerGlide is built to fit.
Easiest path: find your tractor in the Fitment by Model section. If your tractor isn't listed, check the OEM part number stamped on your factory sway block: R210605 or R207665 = M1; R309701 or R274328 = M2. When in doubt, snap a phone photo of your factory sway block area and email it to orders@truepointag.com — the bolt pattern instantly identifies M1 vs. M2.
Each unit is built to order with a ~14 day build cycle. Shipping time depends on your location but is typically 3-5 business days after the build is complete.
Our lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Normal wear on replaceable shim plates is not covered, but we sell replacement shim kits at cost.
Yes. The RollerGlide is a direct bolt-on replacement. It drops right in where the factory sway blocks and wedge system sit. No modifications, no fabrication, and no special tools required.
The factory wedge system is designed to wear. Over-tightening causes binding and premature wear on other components. The RollerGlide eliminates this problem entirely with roller bearings and adjustable shim plates.
